Quality Assured Processes

From quoting through to commissioning, Equifab has a reputation for attention to detail and delivery of products of exceptional strength and build quality.

The high level supervision embedded in all manufacturing processes means that no job leaves the Equifab workshopswithout passing a range of comprehensive checks and rigorous testing. The company's QA processes include constant cross checking of work. Every stage of production including all preparatory work, fabrication and welds, etc has to be signed off by a trade qualified supervisor. Where required structural fabrication is subjected to stringent compliance testing.

In the very rare event that a fault is found post commissioning, Equifab will fix it if it is the direct result of a mistake made by Equifab.
